If You know what's up bring the heat!

Wrestling is a great and intense sport because when someone tries to attack you, you can handle the pain and you can bring the game on! Wrestling is good to help you get in shape. The training is very intense, but it is a good work out. We have to run a lot of stairs and do a lot of sets of drills, and mile runs and we have partners we have to challenge, but they have to be around your weight to challenge you.
We also have to do duck walks and work on our shots, bear crawls, crab walks handstands, etc. But it is hard when you don't try because then you get in trouble and have to do more sets or do it again. But if you join wrestling you can't be calm you got to be amped. You have to get mad fast so you can really wrestle and you can defeat the other opponent. But even though you have to get mad, wrestling is a really awesome sport so I highly suggest you guys and girls go out there to join or coach!
